The Sharegate Corporate Conscience

Welcome to Sharegate – the most empowering communications portal in the investment world. Our centralization of stakeholders, coupled with a powerful and intuitive communications platform, will change the landscape of shareholder and corporate interaction. To assist in achieving that vision, we have established the following corporate conscience model focusing on key issues Sharegate considers important.

Equality
Sharegate exists to facilitate member communication, investor collaboration, and improved corporate governance. We endeavor to do this efficiently, ethically, fairly, and equally for all members regardless of position, wealth, influence, title, or organizational value. Through our revenue generation model, we encourage this by limiting the financial influence of any one member. The collection of small fees from a large number of users enables us to maintain the largest, most effective, and unbiased network for corporate-shareholder interaction.

Integrity
We must establish and maintain the integrity of the Sharegate network. It is vitally important to us to provide a transparent and accountable environment where participants and their roles are clearly identified. To support this objective, we strive to maintain our awareness of who is active on our network. In addition, we must establish and maintain a communications platform in which participants adhere to professional protocols and communication standards. We will zealously pursue the enforcement of these standards and those who violate them.

Fairness
We understand and anticipate that conflicts can and likely will occur between shareholders, corporate management teams, or other affiliated parties. We believe these conflicts and their resolutions are important processes in the corporate structure. We therefore purposefully designed our unique applications to simplify and streamline the communications involved. In regard to possible conflicts between members, we will maintain a neutral but vigilant position. Disagreement is natural and acceptable, but abuse is not. We will also proactively employ administrative and software-based protection measures to ensure maximum accuracy, transparency, and respect. For more information on our expected standards and acceptable use, please read the Sharegate Terms of Use.

Security
Our members must trust us. They must believe in our ability to safeguard their personal and professional information. We ask them to disclose to us important data regarding their identity, holdings, and billing information, which powers Sharegate’s tools and communications applications. It is vitally important for us to safeguard this information, and to accomplish this we will acquire and deploy the most effective and modern security technologies. We will meet or exceed federal and state regulatory data security requirements and in addition to protecting this data, we will use it only in a manner which distinctly benefits our members. For more information on the way we use your information, please see the Sharegate Privacy Policy.

Service
Sharegate is a customer service provider, and we recognize that our members are our lifeblood. We will serve them by providing the best corporate communication and process platform possible. To achieve this, we must be knowledgeable regarding our members' challenges and needs in this environment. In order to adapt and improve our platform and products continuously, we will solicit constructive feedback, both positive and negative, from our members. When we receive feedback, we will consider and react to it in a transparent and productive manner. We will remain open-minded to the evolution of our processes, and we will work to encourage open and honest discussions regarding our product and potential improvements to Sharegate.

Transparency
Sharegate intends to serve an incredibly large and diverse membership base. With regard to our members, we will always conduct our company as an honest broker and facilitator of communication services. We will display that honesty by communicating transparently and collectively with our members, especially in matters where we may have erred. By doing so, we can improve ourselves and justify our members' trust in us. We may not achieve product perfection, but we will tirelessly pursue it. When we fall short, we will quickly acknowledge it and communicate our plans toward correcting the discrepancy. Our top priorities are transparency and the trust of our members.
